Hi folks It was seeing Rob's work that inspired me. I finished this in 2011, it's a KV-2 by Trumpeter in 1/35 scale, tracks are Friuls, fenders and storage boxes are Aber PE. The trees are twisted copper wire, covered with some epoxy putty.

Awesome effects on the KV and agree with the others on the trees. They look very real. Did you use a heap load of laser cut leaves for the ground fall?

Cool link. Are these Beech seeds? Shame they're out of stock though. I've been using a few select laser cut leaves and then mixed herbs but your solution is much nicer.

Hi mate, I'm not sure if they're beech seeds, they are some kind of real plant. I've tried to look for something similar in stock but no luck so far. I will keep an eye out for something like it.

For leaves I use White Birch seed pod thingies. The Silver Birch is too big.

That's the ones. White Birch seeds. Can't get em in Dubai so it looks like dried herbs will have to do for now.
