Thanks. Hopefully, this Ford 5 window, will look an old Gasser who lost too many races back in the 60s and was put to rest in some old barn for the last 60 years.

Looking good, and can't wait to see the fun part begin on this old timer.

Plan to have the hood open, so drilled a hole in the firewall and front nose piece. It will help support the hood and give a more realistic look.
Yesterday, masked off the roof, side steps and doors. Painted the roof and steps tire black. Then applied salt and shot Liquetex bright gold and copper ink over it on the doors, hood and trunk lid.

Okay, here it is with hair spray, salt, three shades of brilliant gold, copper and brass. Then one more coat of hair spray, before decals.

Great! That's what we're tryin to achieve. Shot another coat of hair spray, then put some Slixx decals on from their Gasser series.
Then today worked on the Caddy engine, with wiring, fuel lines, headers and weathering.

Nice job Bruce. I haven't built a civvy vehicle since I was a nipper but am sorely tempted to go out and pick one up and rust the heck out of it.
